Alicia is a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and has been a member of InterNACHI since 1997. Alicia is a member of the International Association of Coaching. She publishes two monthly newsletters for home inspectors. She authored "8 Steps to Building a Successful Home Inspection Business," and "Tips for Marketing to Real Estate Agents and Home Buyers." She is the producer of the InterNACHI Home Inspector Podcast. She is a blogger, and she has authored and published several books. Alicia's husband is Ben Gromicko, Chief Operating Officer of InterNACHI.
